As per our policy, product exchanges are not possible as each product is considered a custom product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Please refer to the sizing chart to make sure you order the correct fit. As we are aware of unexpected circumstances and realize each case is unique, returns for products, as well as size exchanges can be discussed in detail and negotiated by contacting us directly at bayliensbrand@gmail.com.
